Workout Recordings
I started recording my workouts — I think at first I wanted to try to impress Kai, but after watching myself workout, it’s not that impressive and I feel like I’m definitely carrying that extra weight and not wearing it well — this is a good thing, because I see myself how I am and I can make a judgement on that — it helps reinforce the effort and endeavor.
I think shooting for 200lbs (or less)is still what I want to do — I was debating on whether to stay around 210, but considering I’m about 226 now — it’s safe to say that an extra 20-40 lbs still needs to go.
My body is a little sore — I think from the back-to-back days and doing lawnwork on top of working out yesterday — I’m looking forward to the rest day tomorrow — not sure what I want to do with that yet.
