The Plan (and some quick math)

At 235lbs now, April

General recommended safe weight loss rate is 2lbs/week.

Goal weight is about 200lbs.

35lbs at 2lbs/week is roughly 18 weeks or 4.5 months, so setting a rough date of goal date being September 1, 2024.

Again, just some rough math to map out the journey ahead.

NUTRITION

Obviously the largest factor. Eating clean and in the right quantities is key, focusing on quality as I believe quantity will adjust. Opting for targeting macronutrients around good protein. Hoping to fill fats and carbs with good (minimally processed) sources as well, leveraging nutrient dense items.

Hydration is also key as I typically don’t drink enough water.
